摘要: Among the large number of applications mesoporous MCM-41 materials, we have recently developed their new use as drug delivery system. Since this kind materials consist on a disordered network siloxane bridges and free silanol groups, these latter could be reacting sites against appropriate guest chemical species. In work, application system has been studied from host-guest interaction point view. Two factors affect that interaction: structure pore wall surface, functional groups present in organic molecule. Hence, two approaches performed: functionalising changing drug.
