摘要: The ordered mesoporous silicas SBA-15 and KIT-6, modified with lanthanum, have been for the first time applied in investigation of ibuprofen adsorption release. materials hexagonal regular structure were obtained by hydrothermal method using a triblock copolymer Pluronic P123 as template. impregnated an aqueous solution lanthanum(III) chloride amount necessary to obtain 1, 3 5 wt.% La loading. physicochemical properties characterised X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, UV–Vis spectrophotometry low-temperature nitrogen sorption. results showed that lanthanum strongly determined structural well textural silicas. samples silica checked ability adsorb release ibuprofen. storage capacity increased increasing their average pore diameter percentage content lanthanum. adsorbed onto KIT-6 was higher than materials. high coverage on surface solids found increase rate its
