摘要: Sildenafil could be an alternative in the treatment of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) and premature delivery. In order to systematically review reproductive-related effects sildenafil, a search was made on PubMed Science Citation Index for studies evaluating sildenafil uterine vessels or myometrium either vitro experimental animal models as well any clinical trial case reporting outcome pregnant women treated with sildenafil. The information obtained from: three studies, five performed models, four fertility sterility disorders receiving 100 mg/day intravaginally, two reports who received pulmonary hypertension.
