摘要: Areas of increased signal seen on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) the brain are frequently present in neurofibromatosis and considered possible areas dysplasia or heterotopias. Since Rosman Pearce [Brain 1967; 90:829-838] have shown that neuronal heterotopias deep cerebral white matter associated with mental retardation type 1 (NF-1), we hypothesized these MRI should be learning difficulties incoordination children NF-1. Using MRI, studied 31 NF-1 attempted to correlate presence incoordination. We found no association. This suggests either which not incoordination, relevant study problems
