摘要: Co-doped TiO2 nanofibers with an average diameter of ∼70nm were fabricated electrospinning method. X-ray diffraction measurements show that the possess pure anatase structure. The obtained exhibit evident room temperature ferromagnetism through magnetic measurement. photoluminescence is composed two emission bands attributed to self-trapped excitons and oxygen vacancies, different from which only includes due excitons. Photoluminescence intensity vacancies vary annealing atmosphere Co concentration, ferromagnetic moment increases increment vacancies.
