摘要: Nanostructured TiO2 thin films were deposited on quartz glass at room temperature by sol–gel dip coating method. The effects of annealing between 200∘C to 1100∘C investigated the structural, morphological, and optical properties these films. X-ray diffraction results showed that nanostructured film annealed 600∘C was amorphous transformed into anatase phase 700∘C, further rutile 1000∘C. crystallite size increased with increasing temperature. From atomic force microscopy images it confirmed microstructure changed from column nubbly. Besides, surface roughness increases 1.82 5.20 nm, same time, average grain as well grows up about 39 313 nm increase transmittance 1000 reduced significantly in wavelength range 300–700 nm due change phase. Refractive index high dielectric constant n-TiO2 temperature, thickness band gap decreased.
