摘要: BACKGROUND Palpebral ptosis is defined as abnormal drooping of the upper lid, caused by partial or total reduction in levator muscle function. It may be various abnormalities, both congenital and acquired. The aim this article to report long-term follow-up results obtained with aponeurosis-Muller's complex readaptation technique. METHODS In a clinical study, 144 eyelids (102 patients) affected acquired blepharoptosis were treated using Degree function measured preoperatively postoperatively. All patients followed up for 1 year, 54 them 3 years, 22 5 12 10 years. RESULTS Complete correction mild residual was achieved over 83 percent. preoperative greater than 8 mm completely corrected, whereas poor absent showed variable degree postoperative statistically significant difference. Ptosis between less analyzed McNemar test paired data. CONCLUSIONS This surgical technique effective ptosis. particular, authors better those fair good (> mm) (< =
