摘要: BACKGROUND Many surgical techniques have been developed to correct blepharoptosis, including the anterior levator resection or advancement, tarsoaponeurectomy, and Fasanella-Servat Mullerectomy. However, minimize scarring reduce postoperative recovery time, procedure has from a complete incision partial incision, which is appealing patients. To aid procedural development, this study describes technique in correction of blepharoptosis double eyelid fold operation are performed using buried suture during same operation. METHODS A retrospective review was conducted medical records preoperative photography 121 patients who underwent simultaneous had created between October 2010 July 2011. All mild (1-2 mm) moderate (3-4 bilateral excellent good function (>8 mm). RESULTS The average marginal reflex distance (MRD1) measured 1.174 (0.3) mm. No intraoperative complications occurred. MRD1 3.968 (0.2) There statistical significance improvement (P<0.05). symptomatic dry eye exposure keratopathy were noted. CONCLUSIONS Blepharoptosis an effective for young experiencing want technique.
