摘要: Slightly enhanced levels of UV-B radiation which do not immediately harm or kill microorganisms may have a catastrophic effect on the survival since it impairs development, motility photoorientation organisms. Exposure to wavelengths ≤ 300 nm for as short 0.5 h inhibits slug and sorocarp development slime mold Dictyostelium. Fluences 100 J m-2, reduce speed movement by 50% inhibit phototactic orientation. The green flagellate Euglena becomes immotile with moderate doses active suitable light conditions necessary survival. photosynthetic blue-green alga Phormidium is prevented from entering dark areas simple reversal (step-down Photophobic response). This response inhibited slightly prevents organism staying in niche its photoenvironment.
