摘要: The ability of plants to tolerate salts is determined by multiple biochemical pathways that facilitate retention and/or acquisition water, protect chloroplast functions and maintain ion homeostasis. Essential include those lead synthesis osmotically active metabolites, specific proteins certain free radical enzymes control water flux support scavenging oxygen radicals. No well-defined indicators are available the improvement in salinity tolerance agricultural crops through breeding. If crop shows distinctive salt at whole plant, tissue or cellular level, selection most convenient practical method. There therefore a need determine underlying mechanisms so as provide plant breeders with appropriate indicators. In this review, possibility using these characteristics criteria for discussed.
