摘要: The gubernaculum consists of the gubernacular cord connected with vas deferens and bulb retroabdominal wall. was first distinguished on day 15 gestation. Its length reached peak 16, followed by a reduction until 18 to be almost constant thereafter. its steadily increased toward term. testis began descend reduced cord. By 19, descended close caudal part sharp bending Microscopically, consisted at centrally located mesenchymal mass covering layer myoblasts. Thereafter, gradually shifted cranial bulb, trailing loose tissue in bulb. On decreased cell population but amount collagen fibers. It is suggested that testicular descent starts 16 together commencement shortening enlargement
