摘要: Cryptorchidism was provoked in 3 day old rats treated with 17-β-estradiol over 30 days to identify the cells that express androgen receptor (AR) during experimental testis descent gubernaculum. In one group of animals, induced human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) applied daily for 5 or 10 days. A correlative study using a testosterone radioimmunoassay electron microscopy and immunocytochemical detection AR performed gubernacula hCG untreated control animals. The gubernaculum undergoing testes showed dramatic increase number AR-positive cells. These were located connective tissue among smooth muscle gubernacular cord between striated fibers bulb. both regions, identified as fibroblasts. Several clusters amorphous material appeared extracellular matrix rats. Our results suggest induces expression fibroblasts which seem degrade involution.
