摘要: We investigated the effect of aqueous extract Vitex rotundifolia (L.) (Verbenaceae) fruits (VRFE) on immediate-type allergic reactions in vivo and vitro. VRFE (10(-4)-1.0 g/kg) dose-dependently inhibited systemic reaction induced by compound 48/80. When was employed a test, plasma histamine levels were reduced dose-dependent manner. (5x10(-1) 1.0 passive cutaneous anaphylaxis activated anti-dinitrophenyl (DNP) IgE. (10(-3)-1.0 mg/ml) also release from rat peritoneal mast cells (RPMC) 48/80 or anti-DNP Moreover, (10(-3) had significant inhibitory IgE-induced tumor necrosis factor-alpha production RPMC. These results suggest that may be beneficial regulation reaction.
