摘要: We investigate the use of markers to hasten recovery recipient genome during an introgression breeding program. The effects time and intensity selection, population size, number position selected are studied for chromosomes either carrying or not introgressed gene. show that marker assisted selection may lead a gain in about two generations, efficiency below previous theoretical predictions. Markers most useful when their map is known. In early it shown increasing over three per non-carrier chromosome efficient, segment surrounding gene better controlled by rather distant unless high can be applied, on this first reduce available chromosomes.
