摘要: Abstract We used the micro-Raman spectroscopy to evaluate residual stresses developed in deposited diamond films on Ti6Al4V substrates. A comparison is made between specimens with and without a like carbon (DLC) interlayer. The effect of seeding prior deposition coating also investigated. In addition, AFM analysis carried out quality surface roughness. results show that introduction DLC interlayer lowered stress intensity compared DLC. process enabled generation smaller grains seeding. measured averaged were about half those However process, which led better finish, had partial opposite intensities. This probably due grain growth depending nucleation sites available from process.
