摘要: Wnt signaling pathways play essential roles in patterning and proliferation of embryonic adult tissues. In many organisms, this pathway directs axis formation. Although the importance intracellular components pathway, including β-catenin Tcf3, has been established, mechanism their activation is uncertain. Xenopus, initiating signal that localizes to dorsal nuclei suggested be independent. Here, we provide three lines evidence specifying activated extracellularly Xenopus embryos. First, identify Wnt11 as signal. Second, show requires glycosyl transferase X.EXT1. Third, find EGF-CFC protein, FRL1, also interacts with activate canonical signaling.
