摘要: Correct testicular function requires that a full complement of germ cells be present in the adult testis. The germ-cell compartment testis is established early embryonic development from germline progenitor cells, termed primordial (PGCs). In mammals, history has been well established. PGCs can traced embryo by staining sections for tissue nonspecific alkaline phosphatase (TNAP) and antigenic markers recognized rabbit polyclonal mouse monoclonal antibodies (1–5). That these TNAP+ are indeed confirmed fact deficient or absent mutants sterile (6–9). arise outside gonad anlagen, colonization brought about partly through morphogenetic movements active directed migration (2). During this period numbers increases.
