摘要: The chromaffin cell grafts in the Parkinsonism models is used primarily as living depots of catecholamines. Because their phenotypic plasticity, however, cells have considerably more potential donor tissue than has been utilized heretofore. These can be maintained normal phenotype by addition corticosteroids, and they grow neurites when steroid removed nerve growth factor (NGF) or fibroblast (FGF) added. Moreover, appropriate conditioned medium (CM) supplied along with NGF, efficiency conversion neonatal into sympathetic neurons enhanced taken from adult rats also converted. In addition, cell-derived converted to cholinergic an instructive differentiation purified cultured heart converted, form functional synapses.
