摘要: Adult rat chromaffin cells proliferate in vivo response to neurally derived signals. Their proliferation vitro is stimulated either by peptide growth factors or activators of adenylate cyclase protein kinase C that mimic the effects neurotransmitters adrenal medullary nerve endings. Differing susceptibilities inhibitors and potentiators suggest factors, cyclic AMP-dependent kinases act via partially distinct overlapping signalling pathways. Depolarization inhibits mitogenic NGF, through a mechanism apparently involves activation voltage-gated calcium channels, while sparing phorbol esters activate PKC. Activators also inhibit NGF. The findings during normal development, signals supersede regulating selectively inhibiting co-opting portions factor This model might be generally applicable development nervous system.
