摘要: A structure, which has both a drug holding capability and sustained release ability utilizing liposome mechanical strength of polyhydroxyalkanoate. This structure is excellent in for hydrophilic drugs other water-soluble substances, as well lipophilic hydrophobic capable controlling the ability. The polyhydroxyalkanoate coats at least part outer wall liposome.
