摘要: Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) from fertile (N) and possibly new cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) genotypes was studied in the sugar beet Beta vulgaris L. It found by restriction endonuclease analysis that BMC-CMS, a cytoplasm derived wild maritima, contained unique type of mtDNA which is distinguishable both N S-CMS, only other CMS genotype currently availabe B. The organization three genes: coxI, coxII cob, analyzed hybridization with heterologous probes maize. These genes have similar structure BMC-CMS different S-CMS. concluded novel beet.
