摘要: Pyoderma gangrenosum, severe acne, and suppurative hidradenitis (PASH) syndrome can prove refractory to treatment is characterized by relapses recurrences. The combination of antibiotic therapy surgery produce success in the management syndrome. Acute required, but maintenance also necessary prevent disease relapse. response hypothesis generating, raising issue a modified host response. To date, anecdotal reports support use medical therapy, controlled investigations with extended follow-up are substantiate preliminary data observed individual cases.
