摘要: AbstractIn the present work, electrocoagulation process has been used to treat arsenic and fluoride containing synthetic water using aluminium electrode. Box–Behnken design, a subnet of response surface methodology, was employed fix experimental conditions Design Expert software evaluate interaction effects different parameters such as initial pH, current density run time on removal well operating cost. Initial concentration fixed at 550 μg/l 12 mg/l, respectively, for all experiments. High R2 values three responses (arsenic removal: 0.998, 0.984 cost: 0.996) ensures satisfactory adjustment developed quadratic model with data. Under optimum conditions, pH: 7, density: 10 A/m2 time: 95 min, predicted is found be 98.64 84.80%, whereas cost ...
