Cholangiocarcinoma an adenocarcinoma cannot on purely morphologic grounds. Primary sarcoma exceptionally rare shows malignant spindle cells. Some inflammatory conditions such abscess, cysts, tuberculoma often present space-occupying lesions should included differential diagnosis neoplasm.
