摘要: Specific contrast agents have been developed for x ray examinations (mainly CT), sonography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Most of them are extracellular which create different enhancement on basis vascularization or interstitial network in tissues, but some can be targeted to a particular cell line (e.g. hepatocyte). Microbubbles used as carrier therapeutic drugs released specific targets under sonographic guidance, decreasing systemic toxicity increasing effect. Radiologists choose agent knowing its physical chemical properties the possibility adverse reactions balancing with clinical benefits more accurate diagnosis. As any drug, cause events, frequent Iodine based CA, also Gd CA even hypersensitivity reaction occur.
