摘要: The shortage of health personnel and nurses is an important issue in many developed developing countries. Understanding preferred choice work setting strategy for retaining their work. purpose this study was to determine choices made by Thailand relative preferences a setting. A discrete experiment conducted elicit attributes levels job characteristics expected contribute work-place preferences. sample included 921 selected using stratified random sampling. effects probit model used identify factors contributing work-setting results showed that nurses' first preference high level second hospital the same province as families. provide information nurse administrators policymakers seeking address nursing shortage.
