摘要: Summary Objective In this study, we have performed a direct comparison between both T-cell based assays (QFN-G-IT and T-SPOT.TB) TST in patients with psoriasis taking different immunosuppressant drug-regimens. Methods We prospectively studied 103 moderate-to-severe who required latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) screening before starting systemic immunosuppressive treatment or during its sustained use. Results Overall number of positive results was 16.5%, 17.5% 8.7% using T-SPOT.TB, QFN-G-IT TST, respectively. Differences the percentage T-SPOT.TB were significant ( p = 0.005 = 0.008, respectively). A total 24.3% subjects enrolled for at least one three tests performed. Sixteen negative (17%) two IGRAs. obtained seven indeterminate by QFN-G-IT. Seven presented either IFN-γ assays. Positive not affected clinical therapeutic profile. Conclusions Our reveal that in vitro are useful methods LTBI diagnosis psoriasis, suggesting they might be less influenced immunosuppression than TST.
