摘要: Abstract Dissolution enhancement of poorly water-soluble Irbesartan drug through formation Irbesartan-silica based microcapsules has been investigated. The were fully characterized using FTIR, DSC, XRD and SEM techniques. Pre-adjusted pH method utilized to form efficient Irbesartan–silica capable enhance dissolution rate at the challenging 5.5 value. formed showed large increase as Neusilin feed ratio pre-adjusted increased. maximum was achieved via salt 7.4 1:3 microcapsules. successful owed destruction crystallinity accompanied with elevated pre-adjustment leading apparent dissolution.
