摘要: Abstract A case of afibrinogenemia complicating spontaneous early abortion in the ninth week pregnancy is presented. It first report this complication occurring so gestation. The treatment condition described. includes (1) restoration effective plasma fibrinogen levels, (2) correction shock state, and (3) prevention subsequent infection. Possible causative factors development accompanying abortions are discussed.
