摘要: Spectral measurements of the solar UV irradiance at earth's surface depend critically on characteristics spectroradiometers and procedures used in their calibration. Two were subjected to a series laboratory tests investigate which factors most significant limiting reliability absolute measurements. Three independent standards spectral scanned by both instruments under range bench conditions. The results consistent within about 3%, uncertainty being due scattered light laboratory. An laser was determine slit function each spectrometer influence internal stray light. Significant departures from ideal cosine azimuth responses measured xenon lamp. Both kept indoors throughout experiments. relevance these is discussed with respect task measuring radiation field.
