摘要: The interfering effect of ultraviolet (UV) radiation on the natural function biological processes is wavelength specific and UV spectrum must be weighted with action for process. spectral irradiance may measured calibrated spectroradiometers. Alternatively, biologically effective broadband devices. This paper reviews techniques assessing exposures in photobiological experiments. UV meters, such as Robertson-Berger (RB) meter, or passive dosimeters, polysulphone, that possess a response approximating human erythemal can used to estimate erythemally exposure actinic due solar UV. sensitivity RB meter about 0.56 uW cm-2 polysulphone record an 2mJ cm-2. For other than erythema these devices are not suitable determine exposure. It also assess low levels (about 0.01uW cm-2) caused by filtered through glasses plastic.
