摘要: ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to trace the history JUAA and its relationship with central government in realm university evaluation. role has changed considerably during course development past half century. It taken two major turns. Initially, emerged as a strong candidate for governing universities 1947. However, 1950s until mid‐1980s, Japanese set up centralised education policies causing JUAA's prospects fade. Now, become increasingly important, because it focused itself an agent enhancing quality higher education.
