摘要: Long-term potentiation (LTP) in the hippocampal CA1 region and dentate gyrus consists of different stages: early LTP lasting minutes or several hours, late longer than 4 h. It has been suggested that phase is dependent on protein synthesis. However, experimental results effects synthesis inhibitors are still confusing. We applied optical recording techniques to rat slices, re-evaluated a inhibitor, anisomycin, LTP. Using voltage-sensitive oxonol dye, NK3630 (RH482), could be monitored optically for long-term period (7-8 h). In presence EPSP (excitatory postsynaptic potential) lasted about 2-3 h, followed by gradual decline signal amplitude. Statistically, significant anisomycin were observed 6 h after induction 100 Hz tetanus 8 400 tetanus. These suggest independent synthesis, while (> 3-5 h) depends
