摘要: A method for treating a food product, especially nuts, increased shelf life includes soaking the product in solution of anti-oxidant substance and oil, water, or an aqueous oil solution, mixing nuts with coating mixture reduced pressure air environment, replacing nitrogen gas. The may then be removed from allowed to dry.
