摘要: The main objective of this study is to assess the course peroneal mononeuropathy (PM). design includes Clinical and Prospective study. setting involves neurophysiological Service. From November 2002 January 2004, we enroled 69 consecutive patients prospectively followed up 49 with multiple measurements. Comparison was made between follow-up baseline values, factors were used predict PM evolution in regression analysis. At follow-up, observed a significant improvement all clinical, disability measurements, physical aspects quality life (QoL). Greater muscle strength tibialis anterior higher conduction velocity nerve at seen be positive prognostic factors. A better mental QoL subacute group younger patients, while women. Rehabilitation ambiguously associated Deambulation Index but lower ratings QoL. In conclusion, shows spontaneous rehabilitation seems help recovery deambulation. Further studies on effects conventional are needed.
