Rubella immunity in women of childbearing age, eight years after the immunization program in iran.

摘要: Twelve samples were excluded from the study because of inadequate sera amounts. Serum examined for presence rubellaspecific IgG antibodies by means quantitative ELISA. Results: From a total 800 in this study, rubella seropositivity was seen 786 (98.3% [95% CI = %97.5-%99.1]) cases. The maximum (99.2%) age group 21-25 years old and lowest immunity (87.7%) above 30 old. Conclusions: Our data indicated that rate to virus our population high, suggesting vaccination has been successful Babol, reducing likelihood congenital infection.
