摘要: Abstract We report the pyroelectric power generation of a relaxor ferroelectric 0.7Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.3PbTiO3 (PMN–PT) single crystal. For temperature variation rate 0.5 K/s, PMN–PT generated closed-circuit current 10 nA and an open-circuit voltage 1.1 V at room temperature. The crystal were proportional to sharply enhanced near structural phase-transition Additionally, generator produced stable for excessive thermal cycling was highly sensitive random fluctuations. Our results indicate potential importance high-power applications.
