Microstructure, structural, optical and piezoelectric properties of BiFeO3 nanopowder synthesized from sol-gel

摘要: Abstract Nanocrystalline BiFeO 3 (BFO) powder was synthesized by sol-gel method and subsequent annealed at 100–500 °C. The microstructural analysis of BFO nanopowder confirmed the perovskite like structure spherical nanoparticles 500 °C. Raman spectrum showed rhombohedrally with space group R c . XPS peaks Bi, Fe, O binding energy 158.8, 711.75 529.2 eV, respectively. piezoelectric properties were evaluated making sandwiched graphene/BiFeO -PDMS/graphene. fabricated device demonstrated an output voltage 0.4 V applying normal pressure from human finger on device.
