摘要: We report the synthesis of polycrystalline BiFeO3 compound by solid state route and its structural magnetic properties were investigated. The structure confirmation phase purity samples investigated X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy photoelectron (XPS) techniques. No signature thermodynamically probable impurity phases was observed in these samples. Rietveld refined parameters XRD pattern revealed rhombohedral (R3c) structure. Scanning Electron Microscopy images show with larger grain size. active modes predicted group theory confirmed symmetry. study oxidation states Bi, Fe O through XPS analysis indicated that sample quality is not deteriorated vacancies or other defects formation. absence iron based antiferromagnetic nature obtained magnetization measurements.
