摘要: This study was designed to determine if changes related aging and diet in the mRNA expression of subunits NMDA receptor were associated with binding receptors learning ability C57Bl/6 mice. Three age groups (3, 15, 26–27 months old) 2 (ad libitum-fed restricted) used. The old ad mice had significantly poorer performance a spatial reference memory task than all other groups. Diet restriction slightly spared glutamate sites improved ζ1, but not ϵ2, expression. Significant correlations found between NMDA-displaceable [3H]glutamate both ϵ2 ϵ1 density several brain regions. Learning also correlated ratios for and/or ζ1 parietal cortex CA1 region hippocampus. suggests that it is relationship subunit levels important maintaining functions older animals.
