摘要: This report describes six cases of feline large granular lymphocyte lymphoma identified by light microscopy on the basis their characteristic azurophilic granulation in Giemsa-stained plastic sections and electron typical granules. Although granules all tumor cells were negative for peroxidase activity, they demonstrated chloroacetate-esterase acid phosphatase activity. All tumors reacted with cross-reacting antibodies against CD3 antigen (epsilon chain) did not react a monoclonal antibody directed epitopes cytoplasmic domains CD20 antigen. Three had positive reaction human CD57-like antibody. is highly suggestive either cytotoxic T cell or natural killer origin neoplasias. In three cats, although other abdominal organs affected to variable extent, main neoplastic lesions localized gastrointestinal tract jejunal lymph nodes. contrast, organ involvement was more widespread, affecting lung (two), myocardium precardiac mediastinum (one), salivary gland spinal cord (one); addition, leukemia present two these cats. The data presented indicate that made up lymphocytes occur frequently cats than previously assumed share many features specific subtypes clonal disorders humans.
