摘要: Large granular lymphomas (LGLs) comprise a specific group of regardless classifi- cation scheme. An LGL consists cells that show less or more mature morphology, but typically neoplastic possess cytoplasmic azurophilic granules clearly visible during cytological examin- ation. The aim the present study was to clinical and data on large in cats analyses therapeutic responses treated cases. During period from 2012 2014 six were as having lymphoma. In one cat nasal form recognized, systemic recognized another cat, four cases an alimentary recognized. Cellular samples for cytopathology collected with cavity mass, enlarged mandibular lymph node thoracic second abdominal mass ultrasound-assisted fine-needle biopsy. Therapy introduced 5 6 cats. two palliative therapy glucocorticoids conducted, chemotherapy COP protocol, masitinib case. median survival time anticancer 9 months, 1.5 months. conclusion, lymphomas, especially form, are relatively common type lymphoma Simple diagnostic methods such examination, imaging techniques routine cytology sufficient majority Despite aggressive behavior poor general prognosis, conventional lead good response some anatomic histologic grade malignancy.
