摘要: To date experimental in vivo pheochromocytoma (PC) models have not been available. A major vitro PC model consists of PC12 cells that respond to nerve growth factor (NGF) by differentiation, mediated the trkA receptor. We report establishment tumor expressing low and high levels receptor CD1 nude mice. The tumors are characterized their responsiveness NGF, karyotype, presence enolase, chromaffin granules, as well dopamine release. These novel facilitate research on role cancer development trkA-selective anti-cancer agents.
