Job Satisfication and External Effective Factors in Operating Room Nurses Working Educational Hospitals in 2015: A Cross-Sectional Questionnaire Study.

摘要: INTRODUCTION & AIM: Identification of effective factors on job satisfaction can impact the efficiency and quality health services personal life. The Aim this study was to investigate, Job Satisfaction External Effective Factors in Operating Room Nurses Educational Hospitals Zahedan 2015.MATERIALS METHODS: This descriptive–analytical conducted 137 operating room Ali-Ebne-Abitaleb, Khatam-Al-Anbia Alzahra hospital Zahedan, Iran, enrolled through convenience sampling 2015. data were collected by valid reliable standard questionnaire or Herzberg's Dual-Factor theory. To analyze information, descriptive statistics, Chi-square Pearson correlation test applied use SPSS v. 21 software.FINDINGS: results found that most safety with an average 4/78, work qualification 4/32 suitable salary 3/91 respectively. Only 45.98% nurses experienced moderate satisfaction, only 25.54% them had high satisfaction. Moreover, significantly related type employment (p=0. 019), background 029) turn 034).CONCLUSION: that, notice planning preparing safety, proper may play a more role improving employees’ performance than any other factors.
