摘要: Andrews PC, Dixon JE. Biosynthesis and processing of the somatostatin family peptide hormones.Understanding biosynthesis hormones has greatly increased in recent years. Isolation sequencing rat gene indicates that it contains a single intron located between codons for Gn(-57) Glu(-56) preprosomatostatin. The three repetitive sequences, one at 5′ end two them 3′ to coding portion. Two sequences consist alternating purine-pyrimidine bases have been shown adopt Z-DNA structures vitro. cDNA codes 116-residue structurally similar anglerfish catfish precursors 14-residue (SST-14).
