摘要: Background/Aims: Pharmacogenomics aims to use the information derived from an individual's genomic profile in context of individualizing medical treatment modalities. However, currently, pharmacogenomics education is not uniformly provided health care professionals. This study investigates status Southeast Europe. Methods: University websites served as sources order investigate discrepancies In parallel, a survey was conducted at Cagliari (Italy) test knowledge and understanding among specialists, residents undergraduate students. Results: Our shows that spread universities Europe provides basis for harmonization would directly impact on smoother integration into mainstream practice. Also, considerable gap obvious between group specialists groups Conclusions: well continuous enrichment professionals are fundamental approaches toward personalized medicine. Ideally, should be taught stand-alone course or least genetics courses already exist
