摘要: ABSTRACT Caspian roach (Rutilus rutilus caspicus) were exposed to 0, 30, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 70, 100, 150 200, 250, 300, and 400 ppm formalin determine LC50. Respectively, 0.5 96 h LC50 values 252 49 ppm. The lowest observed effect concentrations (LOEC) no (NOEC) varied between 40 150 30 100 ppm, respectively, across the tested time spectrum. Regression suggested that of 88.4, 80.3, 51.2, 40.1 are maximum for 0.5, 1, 12, 24 bath treatment, which not in range literature.
