摘要: Biocompatible polyvinyl alcohol/polyethylene glycol and alcohol/polypropylene copolymer mats were prepared by electrospinning. The composite fiber subjected to detailed physical analysis complemented scanning electron microscopy Fourier transformations infrared spectroscopy. Scanning images showed that the morphology diameters of fibers mainly affected types polymers their compositions. Microbial culture results among tested fibrous alcohol/50% polyethylene gave best in preventing cell attachment proliferation. This novel electrospun matrix would be used as potential wound dressing material for skin regeneration.
