摘要: The Left ventricular ejection time (LVET) is one of the primary surrogates left contractility and stroke volume. Its continuous monitoring considered to be a valuable hypovolumia prognostic parameter an important risk predictor in cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac light chain amyloidosis. In this paper, we present novel methodology for assessment LVET based Photoplethysmographic (PPG) waveform. We propose use Gaussian functions model both systolic diastolic phases PPG beat consequently determine onset offset from analysis phase 3rd derivative. results achieved by proposed were compared with algorithm Chan et al. [1], revealing better estimation (15.84 ± 13.56 ms vs 23.01 14.60 ms), similar correlation echocardiographic reference (0.73 0.75).
