摘要: Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoarray prepared in the template of nanoporous nickel(II) phosphate Versailles Santa Barbara-1 (VSB-1) crystal exhibits an unusual ultraviolet-visible exciton absorption peak and shoulder. The at 266nm with largest blueshift 122nm up to now narrow a full width half maximum (FWHM) about 34nm photoluminescence emission 380nm FWHM 30nm, compared that bulk ZnO, are due quantum-confinement effects size distribution ZnO pores VSB-1. This material presents potential applications theoretical research fabrication future quantum devices.
